Healing during the Hurting Process
Healing from the past hurt is a process. It doesn’t happen overnight but everyday is a step that will allow you to love you more and embrace the women God has created you to be. You must acknowledge that you have been hurt, address the hurt but don’t embrace the hurt. Don’t allow yourself to bleed on the people who haven’t hurt you. Heal through the process but don’t be angry through the healing process. Forgive those who have hurt you so you can live a healthy and happy life. Don’t allow your hurt to cripple your healing process. “All bitterness, anger, wrath, shouting, and slander must be removed from you, along with all malice. And the kind and compassionate to one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ.” Ephesians 4:31-32
